Colin Nicholls is a qualified certified accountant and authorised to act as an Insolvency Practitioner by the Insolvency Practitioners Association.
Colin is also a member of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals.
Colin has over 30 years experience in dealing with insolvency matters for both corporates and individuals, and has worked for several of the country’s leading insolvency specialists, including the ‘big four’ as well as medium sized practices.

In 2004, Colin formed a new insolvency practice in Worcester for a national accountancy firm and can therefore not only offer his extensive insolvency knowledge and experience but also an understanding of the difficulties and problems running your own business can bring.

Jon Lewis

Jon Lewis has 31 years insolvency related experience and is one of the leading experts in providing tailored insolvency support services and solutions to local authority recovery teams. He regularly presents training seminars throughout the UK focusing on new and initiative ways of increasing current year collections without being a drain on limited budgets.

Jon has built and headed up specialist “local authority insolvency” departments at leading national firms.  Jon sees SMART insolvency solutions as an exciting opportunity to deliver a more personal service to his portfolio of clients with a greater focus on their individual needs.
Jon’s interests are as many and varied as his stories..... and his love for Cornwall infectious, where he enjoys surf kayaking and walking. He is also the founder and president of Piggies Dining Club, and once finished 6th in the world bog snorkelling championships!

Andrew Shackleton

Andrew Shackleton is authorised to act as an Insolvency Practitioner by the Insolvency Practitioners Association.

Andrew has worked for a number of the leading Insolvency Specialists in the West Midlands and has extensive experience of Corporate and Personal Insolvency matters.

Latterly Andrew has been an appointment taking Office Holder in a small firm based in Worcester which concentrated on the SME sector, as well as sole traders, partnerships, non-trading individuals, and insolvent deceased estates.
